Psycho-Education about Prevention

I Care Mental Health (ICMH) take time to educate clients about how to life a healthy life. Education provides empowerment because knowledge is power. Lack of mental health education can cut life of many patients short while on the other hand, good education will likely prolong clients’ lives. ICHM is a helping profession. We do not claim to have a magic bullet to fix all problems in the world but prioritize the interest of our clients and render our services with respect to address those needs or make a referral to other agencies that can help you. Our psychoeducation is geared towards psychological problems that trigger stress related illness.
